Caunton Engineering engaged Opus 4 to carry out a full back-to-shell rip-out and complete CAT A & CAT B fit-out of their 1970s brick-built production office and staff facilities. The goal was to modernise the space to meet current building regulations, improve energy efficiency, and create a durable and highly functional work environment for employees transitioning from the manufacturing floor.
The project involved office, breakout, toilet, shower, and changing facilities, all designed to support productivity and comfort while incorporating the latest in sustainable building solutions.
