Project Background and Objectives

Following a change of ownership, Corptel’s new leadership sought to invest in a complete transformation of their office space, creating a modern workplace equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The objective was to design an office that reflects the company’s fresh direction, promotes collaboration and productivity, and offers an inspiring environment for employees and visitors alike.

Opus 4 was appointed as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, responsible for delivering a CAT B fit-out that incorporated the latest in technology, acoustics, and interior design.
