Reliable Source are leaders in the supply of self-adhesive tape. They supply products to industries including construction, agriculture, arts and automotive.

Managing Director, James Green, discovered a derelict building in the heart of Chislehurst and needed a workspace partner who could help him achieve his vision.

The two-storey building needed a full strip out followed by a full fit-out.

James had some very bold ideas and for once, Opus 4’s Design Team were on the receiving end of some wacky suggestions!

The client wanted to inject the personality of the business into the new space. Some of the original features of the building, such as the secure walk-in safe, were retained. These were combined with quirky additions, such as Reliable Source’s signature ‘Tape Man’, a ceiling-hung punch bag and some unique tape art used to create feature walls and even a decorative feature of the stairwells.

The result is a building that truly reflects the personality and culture of Reliable Source, as well as demonstrating Opus 4’s acumen in strip-out and refurbishment projects.
