Happiness at work starts with inclusion
We want everyone to feel good at, and happy doing, their work. We mean everyone. So we design and build equitable, flexible and inclusive workplaces that promote diversity, difference and freedom of the individual.
The hierarchy-free environments we design are fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995, encourage openness, collaboration, creativity and, above all, inclusivity.
Research shows, people won’t feel happy at work unless they feel included and valued. Inclusivity is one of the first, most important, pillars of happiness and psychological safety at work*.

Flexible spaces for inclusive ways of working
It’s important for every individual to be enabled to do their work in the most productive, positive way they can, and have their unique needs accommodated. Open spaces that also provide quiet areas for concentrated work and private meetings as well as breakout areas and hotdesks offer a host of ways for people to work.
Thoughtful design to accommodate people who have disabilities and ensure the working environment is equitable for all empowers the whole workforce.
Teams feel valued and recognised as individuals when they’re supported by their employer to do their best work, and it’s always advisable to consult with staff prior to workspace redesign on their individual needs and wants, asking the question:
“What does work ideally look and feel like for you?”
Workplaces for positive culture
We don’t believe work defines a person. But it can often be the refreshing change of work environment a team needs to break down inbuilt perceptions and poor communication habits built up over the years that lead to stagnation.
We help you kickstart the culture and get everyone in the mix on an equitable basis, changing lines of communication forever! Promoting new relationships and, ultimately, innovating working practices.
