As office design and build specialists, we offer a completely tailored office refurbishment package. We’re also adept at working to the designs and specifications of others if you already have an architect, surveyor or project manager on board.

We handle all of the trade disciplines you would associate with any Cat A or Cat B commercial office fit out. These include partition walls, suspended and feature ceilings, flooring, decoration, mechanical and electrical work, building alterations, access control, bespoke joinery, soft furnishings and furniture.

We differ from the majority of our competitors by directly employing a much higher percentage of our skilled workforce to undertake this work. This gives us much greater control over our work schedules and enables us to reduce costs and pass savings on to our clients.

Every office fit out project is managed professionally, at director level, with a fully qualified project team in support from our offices in Stalybridge. We adhere to the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 and employ a full time Health & Safety Manager to ensure we work safely with care and consideration at all times.

Designing Your New Space

This is a very collaborative journey, with a focus to understand your “WHY”. This could be – a change of culture, increased productivity, staff attraction, staff retention or simply introducing a new process or computer system. By understanding this, we can then create a design with your “WHY” at the heart. We embrace and encourage new ways of working to maximise your space to its full potential, with a mixture of hot-desking, quiet and collaboration zones to give your people full working flexibility and support. We have a great focus on wellbeing, we believe your space should be a happy and healthy one allowing your people to perform and feel at their best. As part of the design process, to help you fully understand your new space, we walk you through it using 3D visuals and 3D video walk-throughs. This gives you the opportunity to explore your new environment before the build starts.
