Stanmore Insurance, based in Bolton, needed to transform their workspace to accommodate their growing team while maximising functionality within a restricted layout. Their office, originally a pub, presented unique spatial challenges, including the need to:
- Expand workspace capacity to support increasing staff numbers.

To meet the client’s needs, we delivered a comprehensive CAT A upgrade, a single-storey extension, and a CAT B fit-out, including furniture. Our solutions included:
