A Clear Start to Your Project

Every workspace transformation begins with understanding what you need and what matters most to your team. Our customer journey sets out how we take you from that first conversation through to a finished space, with a clear structure and open communication throughout.

You’ll see how each stage works, who is involved and how we keep your project running smoothly from design to handover. The aim is to make the process straightforward, well-managed and enjoyable from start to finish.

1. Discover Your Options

Explore ideas and share your vision.

  • Share your vision and what you’d love from your new office
  • Have an initial chat with our team to get ideas flowing
  • Meet your dedicated Designer who will guide you through the process

2. Design & Cost Proposal

Shape your vision into a clear design.

  • Your Designer will understand your needs and preferences
  • We’ll turn your ideas into layouts and visuals, including 2D plans and 3D concepts
  • A site survey helps us prepare accurate costs
  • Together, we’ll review your proposal, design, and costs, making any tweaks you need
  • Once you’re happy, we’ll make it official with a signed order confirmation, purchase order or JCT

3. Prepare for the Build

Final touches agreed, everything ready to go

  • Meet the rest of your dedicated team
  • We’ll also guide you through your CDM responsibilities, so it’s all clear and simple
  • Finalise and agree your design finishes so materials are ready in time for your project
  • Complete a Pre-Construction questionnaire with the Health & Safety details we need
  • Work together to agree a schedule that suits your business and minimises disruption
  • Receive a Construction Phase Plan setting out the Health & Safety and plan of works

4. Build in Action

Watch your new workspace take shape.

  • Your Project Manager takes care of all preparations and oversees the Build Team
  • You’re always welcome to visit during the build, just let us know so we can plan your Health & Safety induction and ensure everything is safe for your visit
  • Your Project Manager will keep you updated with regular progress reports
  • We take Health & Safety seriously and carry out regular audits to give you confidence everything’s delivered safely and to the highest standards

5. Ready to Move in

Step into your new space with confidence.

  • Your new space is ready, and we can’t wait to show you around
  • We’ll walk through it together to make sure it meets your expectations
  • Once you’re happy, the project is formally signed off, ensuring everything is compliant and safe for your people
  • You’ll receive an Office Guide with certificates and key information

6. Ongoing Support

Settle in with confidence, knowing we’re here to help.

  • You’ll receive an Office Guide with certificates and key information
