Following the successful completion of Caunton Engineering’s Phase 1 production offices, Opus 4 was appointed to design and fit out their new headquarters. The client’s objective was to create a modern, inspiring workspace that would help attract and retain top talent, competing with local employers such as Rolls-Royce, ABB, and Nottingham University.
The project began with concept design and space planning by Opus 4, followed by Ridge Architects producing the construction drawings. Once the shell build was completed to our design, Opus 4 undertook a full CAT A & CAT B fit-out, ensuring that the workspace met current building regulations while integrating cutting-edge sustainable solutions.
