Project Background and Objectives

Kingspan, a global name in sustainable building solutions, required a comprehensive refurbishment of their composite cladding panel corporate headquarters, which featured a 20-year-old existing fit-out. The space was outdated, with mechanical and electrical systems nearing the end of their service life. The objective was to complete a full Cat A and Cat B fit-out that modernised the office environment, supported collaboration, and included updated facilities while promoting sustainable practices.

Full Cat A and Cat B Fit-Out: Completed extensive structural and interior upgrades, revitalising the workspace.

Enhanced Meeting Rooms: Constructed Zoom/Teams rooms and equipped meeting spaces with ceiling baffles for optimal acoustics.
