Koura, a leading name in the manufacturing sector, engaged Opus 4 to deliver a comprehensive Cat A & B fit-out for a gutted 1960s building shell. The goal was to transform the outdated structure into a modern, energy-efficient workspace that meets the needs of a dynamic workforce. A key aspect of the project involved replacing the existing glazed facades with new energy-efficient glazing to enhance the building’s sustainability credentials.

In addition to creating functional spaces, the design needed to support collaboration, training, and employee well-being. The project encompassed both interior and exterior refurbishments to create a workspace that aligned with Koura’s brand identity and operational needs.
