Luv Loans engaged Opus 4 to design and deliver a CAT B fit-out for their new headquarters, creating a vibrant, high-energy workspace that reflects their brand identity and values. The space needed to inspire their growing sales team, provide an engaging environment for employees, and support their expansion by attracting new talent.

As Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, we took full responsibility for delivering a dynamic office environment that integrates modern workspace solutions, high-spec finishes, and cutting-edge technology. The goal was to design a space that enhances productivity, promotes collaboration, and makes a lasting impression on both employees and visitors.

Feature ceilings and bulkheads to add architectural interest and enhance acoustics
