Metrohm sought to modernise their office, which had not been updated in over a decade. The goal was to create an inspiring environment that would motivate the current team, attract new talent, and reflect their position in the medical technology sector. The project required a design that balanced functionality, modern aesthetics, and elements that highlighted their industry expertise.
Solutions and Approach
We delivered a comprehensive CAT B design, fit-out, and furniture installation to achieve Metrohm’s goals:
- Welcoming Entrance: Designed a soft-seating area complemented by biophilic elements to create a warm and inviting first impression.
- Modern Breakout Space: Developed a Costa-style coffee lounge with bench seating, bistro tables and chairs, and booths to encourage team collaboration and relaxation.
- Biophilic Design: Incorporated plants and natural materials throughout the space to foster a calming and inspiring atmosphere.
- Feature Lighting: Installed modern feature lighting to enhance the aesthetic appeal and improve functionality across the office.
- Bespoke Design for Medical Technology Sector:Ensured the design reflected Metrohm’s position in the medical technology industry, aligning the office environment with their brand identity.
