SmartSearch, a rapidly growing tech company, needed a high-energy, talent-attracting workspace that reflected their dynamic environment. With expansion outpacing their existing space, the new office had to support their ambitious growth plans while creating a vibrant, engaging atmosphere for their tech sales team.

As the office was outside the city centre, it was crucial to design a space that would entice top talent while fostering collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.

To achieve SmartSearch’s vision, Opus 4 delivered a high-spec Cat B fit-out that blended functionality with aesthetics. The project included:

Bespoke Fit-Out & Finishes

Designed an energetic and inspiring workspace to align with the fast-paced sales-driven culture.

Mechanical & Electrical Coordination

Managed complex M&E requirements, including modifications to energy-efficient heating, cooling, and LED lighting.
Installed a CAT6A voice and data network, CCTV, door access controls, and a fully integrated fire alarm system.

Developed breakout areas, training rooms with video conferencing, and a mix of open-plan and cellular offices.
